Used Feldmeier 2000 gallon 316L stainless steel jacketed vertical sanitary flat bottom processor. 84" diameter X 96" high straight side. Internal rated ATMOS. 304 stainless steel channel jacket rated 100 PSI @ -20 to 350 degrees F. Side wall jacket is 2 zone 136 sq. ft. and bottom jacket is single zone 33 sq. ft. S/N E133206. National Board # 6745. Top fittings: 18" manway, standard clip on vent assembly w/ screen and shroud mounted to 4" sanitary clamp, (2) 1 1/2" sanitary clamp connections, (1) 2" sanitary clamp connection, 1 1/2" sanitary clamp connection w/ removable dual spray balls mounted in 3" sanitary clamp connection. 4" elbowed outlet with sanitary clamp connection. 1 1/4" side projectile well for RTD. Equipped with vertical 60" diameter bottom sweep agitator powered by a 3 HP stainless steel motor (right angle worm drive) Single speed inverter duty TEFC Gearbox with food grade oil, operating @ 29 RPM, 230/460/60/3 (includes spring loaded seal, stainless steel motor coupling, bottom steady guide with replaceable nylon bearing and 304 stainless steel motor supports). Unit wrapped in 3" soft fiberglass insulation and covered with 304 stainless steel sheathing. Internal has #4 finish, welds 150 grit. Built 2007
