Used-Lee Industries approximately 200 gallon single motion jacketed stainless steel kettle. Model 200-D7S. 48" diameter X 36" deep. Internal rated ATMOS. Jacket rated 90 PSI @ -20 to 332 degrees F. National Board # 9842. S/N 34388-1. Dual hinged top, hemispherical bottom. Top fittings: (1) 1 1/2" and (1) 3" sanitary style inlets. 2" stainless steel ball valve on center discharge. Equipped with 1.5 HP 3/60/ 230-460 volt gear driven scraper style agitator (missing side scrapers). Has Greerco 5 HP 3/ 60/ 230-460 volt stainless steel homogenizer. Built 2004. Mounted on stainless steel legs giving 16" clearance to floor. FOB: NC
