Used Lee approximately 30 gallon stainless steel jacketed kettle. 24" diameter X 20" deep. Driven by 1 HP US SyncroGear motor. 220/440 volt, 3 phase, with variable speed sweep agitator, tilt out design. Equipped with Greerco emulsifier. Mounted on stand with AB controls. Kettle tilts with pour spout. Jacket rated 125 PSI @ 355 degrees F. S/N 275M. FOB: NC
