Used Precision Stainless Inc approximately 150 gallon T-316L stainless steel kettle. Bolted dished top welded dished bottom. Internal rated atmospheric @ 250 degrees F. Stainless jacket rated 30 psi @ 250 degrees F. NB# 5176. S/N 7475-2. Electro polish internal. 34" diameter x 4' high straight side.
