Used Cogeim hastelloy C-22 Pan Dryer Model EV1500. Volume 277 gallons working capacity. Shell rated 15/FV @ 350oF. Half pipe coil jacket rated 116 PSI @ 350oF. Movable bottom with bayonet ring. Heated agitator with dry mechanical seal hydraulic drive. Lumpbreaker with mechanical seal and hydraulic drive. Hydraulic power pack for discharge hatch, movable bottom and bayonet ring, gearbox and agitator. Modicon PLC package with complete programming and documentation. S/N (dryer 1242), (bag filter 1243). Built 1999 with electro-polished interior. Previously used in pharmaceutical service. National Board stamped.
