The interior is constructed of 316 ss and the external skin is constructed of 304 ss. The jacket is designed for 80 psi @ 325 f steam. The mixing system consist of a 5 hp (23 rpm) scrape agitator and a 3 hp (365 rpm) 12" prop agitator.
